I haven't joined the "announce" group and suspect others haven't
as well. I did check the announce box this time, though :-)

For those not on the announce group, I have placed the War or
Peace? box at a location in DC to be identified from the clues. I
estimate the clue difficulty as moderate and the hike difficulty as
easy (paved trail, about a 10-minute walk from start).
